Montana Is An Outdoor Paradise
178 WOLF CREEK RANCH ROAD, BIGFORK, MONTANA
Only a few minutes from the beautiful small town of Bigfork and a short drive from Glacier International Airport, the 10 acre property at 178 Wolf Creek Ranch Road is on the eastern edge of the Flathead Valley, near the base of the Swan Mountains. With a mix of woods and meadow, this level, easily-accessible lot offers incredible views and abundant wildlife.
Wolf Creek, which flows nearby, helps divide the valley floor from the forests that spill down from the nearby mountains. The 10 acres is accessed by a short gravel road and offers an excellent building site.
White-tailed deer and turkeys visit the property on a regular basis. There are also grouse, ducks, geese, mule deer, elk, moose and black bears nearby. All the big predators — grizzly bears, wolves, mountain lions — live in the general area.
Anglers appreciate the rainbow trout and cutthroat trout that inhabit the local streams and rivers — including the nearby Swan River — while lake trout, pike and bass swim 15 minutes away in Flathead Lake, the largest natural lake west of the Mississippi.
